To walk the path, one must see the path. To see the path, one must know that the path exists.
7 months back, I was enlightened with the knowledge of the path. I had this faint idea that a path exists, on which one can heal completely and dive into the pool of universal knowledge. Last night on my Ayahuasca journey I was finally able to see the path, and I was given the opportunity to walk on it.
For me to heal, I must first understand what needs to be healed. Traumas come from experiences, and the mind remembers each and every one of them; not only from this life, but all lives past. This is what I need to heal before I can transcend and achieve the eternal light of knowledge.
I am not alone on this path, I have only taken the first step. There are many before me and many who will follow. Those leading the path are the teachers who will help me learn from their experiences, and those following are looking for help and I am always there to light their path and show them what I have learned. But I must heal myself before I can begin healing others.
Healing comes from understanding the traumas in my life. These traumas are captured as energies in and around my body and my spirit. I must unlock each energy, understand it, accept it, and release it. This is the way of healing and by following this technique I will be able to balance my energy and let it flow eternally as light.
The first step is unlocking and locating an energy. Getting started is not tough, there are energies in every part of the body and I can focus on any one of them. This becomes tougher as parts of the body get balanced out, then we have to navigate to our deepest centers to locate these energy pools. But as we practice this technique, it also becomes easier to navigate our body to find such energies. To unlock the energy, I have to understand how and why it is trapped, and by knowing this I will also know what needs to be done to let it flow once again. As the energy starts flowing again, I experience the trauma, but now I am able to analyze it objectively and learn from the experience. By doing this, I understand it and I can start accepting it. When I start accepting it, I begin to let it go.
Understanding the trauma requires an understanding of experiences. Each experience has been planned by my spirit, whether it was good or bad. It happened because I decided it needs to happen, in order for me to learn from it at some point. In the ideal scenario, we live in the moment and we also deal with each situation in the moment. But there are times when we choose not to deal with situations, and decide to suffer instead. This is when the experience and trauma gets locked away as an energy. The more we delay dealing with this trauma, the energy gets trapped deeper and gets more static and it is difficult to make it flow again. It is important to deal with situations as early as possible, this not only helps keep our energy balanced, but also prevents it from affecting us and repeating the same patterns. Fear of dealing with a trauma comes from the lack of understanding it, and as we procrastinate, the irrational fear of this experience keeps building up till we can no longer face it. But the only way to overcome such a fear and the only way to fully accept a situation is to face it head on. Even if it appears difficult, observing a situation objectively is a great way of analyzing and understanding it. We have already experienced the emotions at the time the situation occurred, we achieve nothing by feeling the same feelings over and over again.
Before I am able to let go of an energy, I must accept it completely. We cannot accept what we do not understand, and understanding must be complete. It can take a long time to understand a situation completely, but time is infinite so there is no need to rush. If I cannot understand why it happened to me, I will never be able to accept it and thus I cannot let it go. Do not force yourself to believe that you have understood and accepted, let it happen naturally. Once the entire situation has been understood, acceptance is an inevitable consequence. Accepting the situation is also learning for the spirit. When we accept a situation as a lesson, it is no longer a trauma, because learning is always good. When we think of the situation in this way, we can now let go of all the energy attached to it and make it pure knowledge.
